Erich Schiffmann
Erich Schiffmann teaches a healing, opening style of yoga emphasizing moving into stillness while being guided from within. He blends five years experience at the Krishnamurti School in England with studies with B.K.S. Iyengar, T.K.V. Desikachar and Joel Kramer. He can be seen on the award-winning video, Yoga, Mind and Body with Ali McGraw, and is the author of Yoga: the Spirit and Practice of Moving Into Stillness.
